Luxury retail depends on the product looking good. Large images slow pages down, but compressed images kill the premium feel. Getting both right required deliberate asset handling rather than defaults.

Built the catalogue, checkout, and order flow from scratch. Optimised image loading to keep page times under 2 seconds without sacrificing quality, and integrated a payment gateway for the full purchase flow.
