I build applications that combine elegant design with powerful functionality
I'm a full-stack engineer who builds with React, React Native and Next.js. I co-authored a peer-reviewed paper in Electronics (MDPI) on distance-adaptive biometric prediction, then built SynchroCV as the production implementation, taking the research off the page and running it live in a browser.
I know enough about ML to use it correctly: calibrate confidence scores, spot when a model is being overconfident, understand why it fails at distance. I don't claim it as a specialisation. I claim the results.
The day-to-day is web apps, mobile apps, and the occasional Python backend. I've worked for a Tokyo research company, built client sites across fashion and healthcare, and shipped things that people actually use.
